If your credit and collections team is ahead of the game and deserves industry recognition, it’s time to submit your entry.
If your organisation has demonstrated a commitment to supporting vulnerable customers, launching an anti-fraud initiative or has a flair for innovation, then now is the time to show it!
All utilities or telecoms creditors or collection/purchase businesses serving the utilities and/or telecoms sector will be eligible for one or more of the categories. Suppliers of the technology in question may nominate in tandem with a business using their product or service.

- Joint Customer Service Initiative of the Year (residential and commercial)

Entries will be judged by an experienced panel of utilities and telecoms experts. Entries for the awards close on 8 July 2016.
